See What's New In Appraisal Scribe

We know that your time is valuable. That is why we are dedicated to making Appraisal Scribe more user-friendly. We want to simplify the learning curve so that you can focus on what really matters - completing and delivering your appraisal report! The latest is an improvement of our layout feature.

Aside from including a market analysis and valuation of the property in their appraisal reports, appraisers must also incorporate legal disclosures, disclaimers, certifications, definitions of value, limiting conditions, and sources as mandated by USPAP, accrediting bodies, and the IRS. The organization of the report content may differ based on the appraiser's affiliation with a particular appraisal organization, the intended use of the appraisal, or personal choice.

Layout Feature in Appraisal Scribe

That's why we have introduced a Default Layout Gallery with three preset layouts tailored to the requirements of the three accrediting organizations. You can also customize these layouts by duplicating a default layout and making modifications. The modified layout will be stored in My Layout Gallery, offering you a selection of layouts to choose from when creating your reports. Moreover, you have the ability to directly modify the layout while working on a specific report.

Please give it a try and let us know what you think!
